As a Law Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the judicial process by assisting judicial officers with in-depth legal research, summarizing motions, and providing well-informed recommendations on case rulings. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work closely with one or multiple judicial officers, depending on the assignment, allowing you to gain diverse legal experience and insights.

Law Clerks can be assigned to positions in various areas of law, including Appellate, Civil, Complex, Criminal, Family, Juvenile, Probate, and Writs and Receivers. Additionally, there are positions in the Coverage Unit, which supports all these divisions during absences or vacancies. However, please note that assignment to a preferred area is not guaranteed and is subject to the needs of the court.
